Statutory Timeline: We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and provide formal resolution within 30 days.
Submit Request: Send an email with the subject "Data Privacy Grievance".
Detailing: Provide specific details of your concern and contact information.
Tracking: You will receive a unique tracking number for your grievance.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, or if you do not receive a response within the stipulated time, you have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India as per the procedures prescribed under the DPDP Act.
