Grievance Redressal Mechanism

In accordance with Section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, Textos Consulting LLP has established a robust mechanism for the redressal of any grievances you may have regarding the processing of your personal data.

1. Right to Grievance Redressal

As a Data Principal, you have the right to register a complaint with the Data Fiduciary (Textos Consulting LLP) regarding any act or omission by us that is in contravention of the provisions of the DPDP Act or the rules made thereunder.

Statutory Timeline: We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and provide formal resolution within 30 days.

2. How to Lodge a Complaint

Submit Request: Send an email with the subject "Data Privacy Grievance".

Detailing: Provide specific details of your concern and contact information.

Tracking: You will receive a unique tracking number for your grievance.

3. Escalation to Data Protection Board

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Grievance Officer, or if you do not receive a response within the stipulated time, you have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India as per the procedures prescribed under the DPDP Act.
